Custom Printed Game dice

Game designer prefer the dice with different artwork on each side to increase the funny of the game. Dice with different artwork instead of number,  will instruct the next step of the game process intuitively.  So it is more and more popular with people.

Silk Screen Printing 

       At earlier period, dice manufacturer use the sticker to paste on each side of dice. But it will spend many time to manufacture and the sticker is easy to drop as time goes on until silk printing appears 

       Screen printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil.

But one disadvantage of silk screen printing is that it can’t print complex artwork which need too much color. Its limitation becomes more and more apparent.

Heat transfer printing

Heat transfer printing is a newer printing method, but it's different from old decal’s printing. Heat transfer, also named digital transfer, your custom logo or artwork  is printed through transfer paper and then ink is thermally transferred from the paper to your dice with heat and pressure.

The disadvantage of heat transfer printing is need for a printing plate. The cost depends on the artwork complexity. So if the quantity of dice is not large enough, we can provide another way to print the dice.

UV Printing

UV printing is newest printing method which don’t need printing plate. UV printing can print on anything (plastic ,metal and fabric) but no need make expensive printing plate. So it is widely use for dice printing. There is no limit of single color like silk printing but can print full color artwork like heat transfer printing. So it is very popular with designer who don’t need big quantity dice printing
